1. Digital Product Nature (No Returns)

As our products are digital downloads (Lightroom and Photoshop Presets), they are instantly delivered and cannot be “returned” in the same way physical goods can. Once the files have been downloaded or accessed, the purchase is generally considered final due to the irrevocable nature of digital content.

Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds for simply changing your mind or subjective dissatisfaction.

2. Our 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Refund Eligibility)

We stand by the quality of our presets. We offer a limited 7-Day Refund Guarantee from the date of purchase under the following specific circumstances only:

Duplicate PurchaseYES. If you accidentally purchased the exact same product twice, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
Technical Issue (Unresolvable)YES. If you encounter a consistently reproducible technical problem that prevents you from downloading, installing, or using the product and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days.
Product MisrepresentationYES. If the delivered product does not match the description (e.g., the product was advertised for Lightroom, but the files are only for Photoshop).
Compatibility IssuesNO. Refunds are not granted for incompatibility with software versions you have, as it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm their software (Lightroom Classic, Lightroom Mobile, Photoshop, etc.) is compatible before purchasing.
Change of MindNO. Refunds are not provided if you simply change your mind, find the presets “don’t look good,” or feel they are “low quality” (as quality is subjective).

3. How to Request a Refund

To be considered for a refund under the eligibility conditions above, you must submit a request within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date.

Steps to Initiate a Request:

  2. Provide Information: In the body of the email, you must include:
    • Your full name and Order Number.
    • The name of the Preset Collection you wish to refund.
    • A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund, including any specific error messages or steps to reproduce a technical issue.
    • Screenshots or video proof (if applicable) demonstrating the technical issue.


4. Refund Processing

All refund requests are subject to review and final approval by Symbolic Art.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

Please allow 5–30 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank or payment account.
